The tannin structure is finely packed, lending support and elegance to the wine. The finish is soft and smooth with an elegant and lingering aftertaste.

In the cellar
Produced from low yielding bush vines on the Simonsberg mountain. Grapes are handpicked and sorted in the cellar into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Pump overs every 2 hours for the first 3 days and then press early to finish fermentation without skins, this results in a finer tannin structure. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for a 14- month ageing period, with 13% new, before filtration and bottling in June 2024.
