Kleine Zalze Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard Selection 2019

This wine is a classically structured Cabernet that speaks more of refinement and elegance than of power and weight. Initially, a closed bouquet will open up, in the glass, to intense dark fruit followed by wet fynbos. These flavours follow on the palate with cassis and black cherries being supported by a subtle herbaceous note. An elegantly structured wine that lingers almost unendingly on the back palate. A fantastic companion to most meat dishes and will also reward careful cellaring for at least 8 years.

Groenland Premium Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Crafted from Groenland's very own Pinotage grapes which were selectively picked for this high-quality Rosé. The palate is dry with medium acidity. The nose is layered with red berry flavours which lingers on the palate.

Stellenbosch Reserve Ou Hoofgebou Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Deep, opaque ruby in colour. This wine has rich notes of cassis, blackberry and bramble, combined with pencil shavings and tobacco. A classic Cabernet, showing fine, coating tannin with balanced acidity to support intense black fruit flavours. Dark chocolate and cedar are accompanied by a savoury tomato puree character that adds complexity. Polished, with well- integrated oak, resulting in classically styled Cabernet.

Clos Malverne Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Simonsig Labyrinth Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

The first red wine released by Simonsig in 1970 was a Pinotage, a cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsaut first developed by Professor A.I. Perold in 1925. The aim of this Pinotage is to accentuate the raspberry fruitiness of the Pinotage grape. Our best Pinotage is grown on weathered shale soils which makes deliciously perfumed Pinotage. The vivacious Pinotage with its rhubarb red colour showcases vibrant sweet cherry and strawberry compote on the nose. The palate further displays depth of fruit with layers of cherry and plum, followed by a light dust of cinnamon. Good concentration and structure is exquisitely finished with juicy, polished tannins.

Glenelly Glass Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

The glass collection merlot has a dark rudy red colour. It displays dark fruit, cherry and chocolate with hints of spicy plums. This merlot shows tremendous concentration, richness and generous fruit on the palate with fine but well structured and balanced tannins to embrace it all.
