In the cellar
The juice undergoes skin contact for 4 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The fine is kept on the fine lees for up to 6 months before bottling.

Our Chenin Blanc vines grow in Iron-rich, Koffieklip soils with a high clay content - resulting in structured, concentrated wines.
