Grapes were sourced from three exceptional vineyards in Stellenbosch, namely Langverwacht, Reyneke and Middelvlei. Grapes were vinified at Hemelrand. The wine has some subtle clove and tobacco leaf notes from 15% whole bunches and a palate of pepper, blackberry and red cherry framed by savoury tannins.
