Specifications
In the cellar
The fermentation process unfolded within tanks over a span of three weeks. Subsequently, the wine underwent racking and was left to rest on its fine lees for an extended period of 8 months. This patient maturation process culminated in the wine being filtered and bottled.
In the vineyard
With our production exclusively dedicated to a single Rosé-styled wine, a first for South Africa, our viticultural efforts are entirely focused on cultivating grapes specifically for Rosé winemaking. Our vineyards are farmed organically

About the Wine Estate
Situated in close proximity to Stellenbosch on the elevated slopes of the picturesque and majestic Helderberg Mountain, Pink Valley marks the first South African wine endeavor by the Oddo Family of France. Since 2018 the Oddo family, together with their winemaking team, have worked tirelessly to bring the Cape Winelands this beautiful destination, where wine and food can be enjoyed together, with good company and in breath-taking surrounds.
