Called our lightly oaked Chardonnay. Fermented in barrels, 4 months maturation. 225 Liter French oak.
In the vineyard
Handpicked and cooled at 8 C. Destemming/Crushing the next day, settle overnight. Went to barrel - 2nd & 3rd fill barrels
