In the cellar
Wine is made reductively, harvested in the early hours of the morning allowing 8-10 hours of skin contact. The wine is inoculated with specially selected yeast to promote and preserve varietal charters until bottling.
In the vineyard
Vines are planted on a cooler slope, in weathered granite type soil. A yield of 10 tons per hectare.
Ageing
Made to be enjoyed now, however, it can be cellared for 2 to 4 years from date of vintage provided it is stored in the correct conditions.

Food Pairing
The perfect South African pre-braai snack. It has all the elements we love in a boerie roll, just better and fresher. A really great accompaniment to our Chenin. We were certainly impressed when we tried the combination for the first time. We’re sure you will be too.
