Grenache is such a wonderful variety which offers purity of red fruits and is not too intense or bold or intimidating on the palate. We wanted to express Grenache as pure and also simultaneously with some fine tannins. The wine offers lots of concentrated red fruits both on the nose and palate. Strawberries, raspberries, hints of pomegranate and blueberries. Soft tannins and smooth finish.

In the cellar
Grapes are hand harvested, crushed, and then cool fermented. After alcoholic fermentation they are pressed into old 400L French oak barrels where they undergo malolactic fermentation and are then aged for up to 12 months.
