In the cellar
These Chenin Blanc grapes are grown on our iron-rich Koffieklip soils. The grapes are hand-selected and whole-bunch pressed. They are fermented in 4th-fill 400l French oak barrels and further aged for up to 9 months with occasional lees stirring.
