In the cellar
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were sourced from carefully selected trellised vineyards in Stellenbosch. These low yielding vines contribute to an increased concentration of flavour in the wine.
In the vineyard
Maturation in 225 litre fourth fill French oak barrels for 12 Months.
Ageing
Made to be enjopyed. Drink now through to 2030, if stored in the correct conditions.
