In the cellar
The 4 grape varieties were matured separately in 225 litre French oak barriques for about a year. Blending has ensured the balance of fruit, structure and age ability.
In the vineyard
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes were sourced from carefully selected trellised vineyards in Stellenbosch. These low yielding vines contribute to an increased concentration of flavour in the wine.
Ageing
This wine can be enjoyed now, however, it will age well for further five years.
