Pink Valle Rosé Embodies The Art of Fine Wine, Creative and Distinctly Different. This blush coloured roseÌ shows extraordinary bright fruit, with ripe notes of melon and tropical fruit, followed by a round, beautifully balanced palate that lingers long after you’ve taken the initial sip. The labels are inspired by well-known South African abstract artist Walter Battiss and each bottle portrays one of the ‘Walking Feathers’ from this particular artwork.

Specifications
In the cellar
Fermentation occurred in tank over a period of 3 weeks. The wine was then racked and remained on its fine lees for a period of 5 months before being filtered and bottled.
In the vineyard
The grapes were picked early morning and transported to the winery in 15kg crates. Here it was then cooled to 4 ÌŠC before
being destemmed and crushed. The juice was then kept for a period of 4 weeks at a stable temperature of 2.5 ÌŠC, prior to fermentation being allowed to take place.
Ageing
Made to be enjoyed now.
Cultivar
Grenache (80%), Sangiovese (10%), Shiraz (5%), Cinsault (5%).

Easy drinking wine which pairs well with easy eating foods, tapas, salads, vegetables and seafood.
About the Wine Estate
Situated in close proximity to Stellenbosch on the elevated slopes of the picturesque and majestic Helderberg Mountain, Pink Valley marks the first South African wine endeavor by the Oddo Family of France. Since 2018 the Oddo family, together with their winemaking team, have worked tirelessly to bring the Cape Winelands this beautiful destination, where wine and food can be enjoyed together, with good company and in breath-taking surrounds.
