These bush vine Chenin Blanc vines grow in the Bottelary Hills in Stellenbosch.
The emphasis in the winemaking is to preserve the purity of the fruit and ensure that the mouthfeel of the wine is soft and textured with a long finish.
The wine has extended lees contact and no oak-ageing.

About the Wine Estate
The Tim Atkins Winemaking Legend of the year, Kevin Arnold and his wife Heather,
have recently launched their very own range of wines. Aptly branded “The Family”
the first two wines, a Chenin Blanc and a Rhône style red, mark another milestone in
their lifelong journey in our wine industry. Working with old friends in the wine
industry, particularly in Stellenbosch, Kevin personally selected and blended the
wines in this range which reflects his meticulous art of winemaking. Kevin and
Heather believe that once you make wine, it lives with you for the rest of your life and
they wanted to incorporate what has been the heart and soul of their years of
winemaking into these wines, being their Family. They now invite you to be a part of
this celebration of 45 years in the wine industry and join The Family.
