The vines for this wine was planted on the warmer north facing slopes of the estate with a soil being gravel. This specific vineyard is 25 - 28 years in age.

This wine will benefit from ageing, for about 6 months, and can be aged for two to three years thereafter.

This wine could be served chilled in summer. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes, chill it to about 12 degrees celsius, it is delicious and refreshing! It pairs well with most South-African dishes, such as bobotie, boerewors, barbecued meat and delicate cheeses.
