50% Shiraz and 50% Merlot.

This is a versatile wine and will pair well with most dishes, especially red meat dishes such as steak, oxtail or lamb shanks.

'Die Fonteine’, home to Somerbosch Wines is relaxed and intimate, as you’d expect from a working farm that’s been in the hands of the winemaking Roux family for more than half a century. The farm is situated in the Helderberg area of the Stellenbosch region. The cool Atlantic sea breeze combines with other terroir elements on the farm to develop the complex nature of Somerbosch wines. Their ranges of wines are innovative and varied, appealing to a wide range of palates & are in demand both locally and in various European countries. During each vintage, we also aim through careful selection of grapes from our own specific vineyards and special care and attention, to create a wine worthy of the title Somerbosch Kylix - their Estate blend label. This wine will be released in a limited edition only, in vintages dictated by nature and will be produced with the connoisseur and serious wine lover in mind.
