Sauvignon Blanc Superior Mixed Case

The wine boasts with a bouquet of yellow apples, white pear and hints of honey, with an appealing freshness on the finish.

Named after Louis Albert Péringuey, the 19^th Century Inspector-General of Vineyards in the Cape, who led the fight against phylloxera and supervised the importation of American rootstocks onto which the various vineyard varieties were grafted. The French oak adds style and class to this magical grape. A contemporary and deliciously mouth-filling experience of white pear, quince and green pineapple interlaced with a spicy complexity.

This vibrant Chenin Blanc displays a brilliant clear colour with a green tinge. A burst of tropical fruit aromas ranging from melon, passion fruit and pear to fresh lime. A well-structured palate with layers of citrus and tropical fruits. Refreshing acidity and good length makes this an exceptional summer wine. A true expression of Simonsig terroir.

A clear and bright wine with hints of lime and gold. The nose has aromas of apricot, yellow peach and quince that follow through onto the palate with undertones of pineapple and citrus. The creamy texture of the palate is supported by subtle oak flavours and a minerality that is underpinned with bright and juicy acidity.

This Chenin Blanc has a bright, pale straw colour with a delicate scent of wildflowers and fruit especially Cape Honeysuckle, white peaches and pineapples with a delicate underlying minerality. The palate fully matches the nose with a creamy sensation and a texture that combines elegance and intensity and concentrated fruit flavours.

This wine has dramatic aromatics of yellow peach, apricot and pineapple plus marzipan and leesy, waxy undertones while the palate is full-bodied and opulent - textured with tangy acidity and savoury finish.

This wine has aromas of cherry, dark berries and hints of fynbos with a bright ruby-red colour. The palate shows freshness, concentration and balance with flavours of ripe black cherries, plums and black current. There is a lengthy fullness on the palate and an understated class and elegance.

The nose shows Rhubarb and dark chocolate whiffs. The palate is flush with flavours of plums and dark chocolate, with silky soft tannins that finish in a refined elegance.

Harvested from mature east- and west-facing vineyards established on mother soils of decomposed granite. Part whole-berry fermentation and softer pump-overs extract aromas of red plums and dark bitter chocolate. French oak maturation seasons the wine to accentuate the seductive flavours and generous velvety tannins

Shows perfume along with dark spicy fruit on the nose. The palate shows concentrated cassis, along with full but finely structured tannins.

On the nose, the wine shows cinnamon, black cherries, elegant spice and charcuterie. Well-rounded tannins make for a wine which is accessible now, but with enough structure and balance to age and reward well in years to come. Serious, smoky, meaty and compact.
