Strong aromas of tropical fruit – Cape gooseberry, passion fruit, lime and floral notes that carry through on the pallet where they integrate with a fresh acidity and textured mouthfeel. It is vibrant, elegant and refined with balanced concentration and length.

In the cellar
The grapes were destalked and pressed immediately to ensure the freshness of the juice, preserving all-natural flavour and colour.
After settling the juice was fermented using a selected yeast at a temperature of 13°C.
In the vineyard
Grapes for this classic styled Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc were hand harvested from 1st light in the morning.
