Bruwer Vintners Grenache Rosé 2025
R150,00
The style of this Rosé is clean and refreshing and perfect for summertime enjoyment. Ample fruit, with citrus bursting to the foreground in the form of fresh grapefruit. The mineral and saline depth which is derived from the granite soils on which this vineyard is planted, lingers on the palate, giving it a beautifully long and dry finish.

In the cellar
The grapes are placed, whole bunches, into the press. Juice is then extracted and allowed to naturally settle in a settling tank for 24 to 48 hours at 10 degrees Celsius. The clear juice is then racked to a fermentation vessel, 70% in stainless steel and 30% in older oak barrels, where spontaneous fermentation takes place. After fermentation the wine is left on its lees for about six months, before the wine is naturally stabilised for bottling.
