Specifications

Category(s): Mixed Cases

Vriesenhof Kallista 2017

Red fruit, pencil lead and leather with an undercurrent of tobacco leaf dominate the nose while the palate is a play of red fruit and black pepper, creamy and balanced with a long lingering finish. On the nose you will find rich fruit. Red fruit and pepper with a smoky finish on the palate.

Groenland Steenkamp 2017

Crafted from Groenland's very own Pinotage grapes which were selectively picked for this high-quality Rosé. The palate is dry with medium acidity. The nose is layered with red berry flavours which lingers on the palate.

Peter Falke Signature Kanoa 2017

Hues of delicate blush pink colour, with subtle aromas of crushed strawberries, ripe nectarines and flower petals.  The palate finishes with a freshness of pomegranates and a stylish silkiness.

Simonsig Flagship Red Blend Tiara 2018

Miles Mossop The Max Red Bordeaux Blend 2018

This wine is a blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 23% Petit Verdot and 7% Cabernet franc. The wine displays a deep dark plum red center with a brilliant garnet rim. Aromas heady with brooding aromas of blackcurrant, blueberries, tobacco spice and cedar notes. There is a beautiful support of toasted vanilla spice in the background. The palate The palate is dense with ripe dark berry fruits. It is full and rich with a textured mid-palate leading to the beautifully dry but sumptuous tannins on the finish which linger forever.

Muratie Ansela van De Caab 2020

The artist George Paul Canitz was out horseback riding with his daughter Alberta Annemarie when they, quite by chance, discovered Muratie. Theynboth fell instantly in love with the property, which he purchased in due course, and when he died he left it to her, making her one of the first female wine-farm owners in the country. A fiercely independent woman, she kept Muratie exactly as her father had left it, and she rode well into her 80s, eventually only stopping, she insisted, ‘because the horse is too old’. Like fine wine, she got better with age, making this Merlot, with its potential to become increasingly characterful over time, a fitting tribute.
