Over the last century, Alto Wine Estate, located within the Helderberg “Golden Triangle” has established itself as one of South Africa’s premium red wine producers.
Fifth winemaker and cellar master Bertho van der will lead a vertical tasting of Cabernet Sauvignons, starting with the exceptional 2009 vintage and including various bottle sizes.
The tasting will be followed by a three-course meal prepared by chef Jody Joostenberg, complimenting the wines.
Expect a surprise offering from Alto to go with the cheese board.
